The VIP Section at NBA Tech Fest

Let’s just say the VIP section at this NBA fest was..... LIT, as in LearningL & Investing in Technology! The NBA Players Association held their 1st ever technology summit in Silicon Valley. The three-day event was led by the Warriors, Andre Iguodala. Iguodala is the menswear director of start-up tech company, Twice, which was recently purchased by Ebay. Players participated in corporate site visits to media and tech companies. Lectures, presentations, and workshops were led by influencers such as Jawbone, Pinterest, Andreessen Horowitz, and SV Angel. You see, NBA players have been flirting and dabbling in tech investments for a while now. Investing is great, but the real magic happens when you find the right business for you. Educate yourself, get involved, and ultimately evolve.
